DISCOVER KNUCKLES MOUNTAIN RANGE — THE MISTY WILDERNESS OF CENTRAL SRI LANKA

About Knuckles Mountain Range

The Knuckles Mountain Range is a UNESCO-listed biosphere in central Sri Lanka, named for its knuckle-like cluster of peaks seen from afar. Covering forests, cloud-kissed summits, and terraced villages, it shelters rare amphibians, birds, and orchids found nowhere else. With cool air, rushing streams, and off-the-map trails, Knuckles is perfect for hikers, nature photographers, wellness travelers, and small groups seeking raw mountain wilderness.
